Delivery – Delivery Costs and Shipment Execution

Shipping of the order in the Store is carried out via:
- Courier
- Courier collection
- Personal pickup
The current shipping fee is available on the online store’s website and depends on the weight and dimensions of the product.
Orders which are placed in the Store are processed only on business days. Orders which are placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the nearest business day.
The waiting time for products available in stock is usually: 2 days. The waiting time includes the order processing time, which involves preparing the products for shipment, as well as the estimated delivery time, which is 24 hours for Poland.
For products that are available in the offer but require production, the delivery time is determined and confirmed individually with each customer. The standard waiting time for new products is about 4 weeks.
The seller is not responsible for delays which can be caused by the carrier.
When receiving the shipment delivered by the courier, the Customer should, carefully check the contents and completeness of the package, the condition of the external packaging, and the condition of the ordered product in the presence of the courier. In case of damage to the shipment, the Customer should prepare a damage report with the courier, in two identical copies signed by both the customer and the courier.
There is a possibility to pick up the order in person at the Stationary Store, at the address: Ul. Rozwojowa 28, 33-100 Tarnów.
