Granulator knives

RTools24 manufactures knives and other spare parts for granulators, mills and crushers, used for grinding, crushing and recycling many materials, plastics, rubber, grinding materials, wood. We use dedicated high-quality tool steels and appropriate heat treatment for production.
Our products meets the highest requirements regarding dimensional tolerances and durability. Our plant is ISO 9001 certified.
Heat treatment is carried out in advanced dedicated furnaces, in order to achieve process repeatability and obtain the desired parameters, hardness and impact strength.
Rtools24 manufacture among others, rotary knives for granulators (knives mounted on the shaft) and fixed knives for granulators (knives mounted in the mill frame).
