Complaint and Warranty
1. The Contract of Sale covers new Products.
2. The Seller is obliged to provide the Customer with an item free from defects.
3. In the event of a defect in the goods purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on the warranty provisions of the Civil Code. If the Customer is an Entrepreneur, the parties exclude liability under the warranty.
4. A complaint should be reported in writing or electronically to biuro@r-techniq.pl or the Seller’s addresses, or using an electronic complaint form, made available by the Seller on one of the subpages of the Store.
5. It is recommended to include in the complaint, among other things, a brief description of the defect, photos and the circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the data of the Customer making the complaint, and the Customer’s request in connection with the defect of the goods.
6. The Seller shall respond to the complaint request immediately, and if the Customer is a Consumer – no later than within 14 days.
7. Goods sent back under the complaint procedure should be sent to the address: Tarnów 33-100, Rozwojowa Street 28.
8. If a warranty has been issued for the Product, the information about it, as well as its content, will be included in the description of the Product in the Store. The Seller will also attach the warranty card to the sold Product.

Out-of-court Methods of Handling Claims and Investigating Claims
1. Detailed information on the possibility of using out-of-court complaint handling and investigation methods by the Consumer.
We can offer knives for chippers used in daily use by individual customers, as well as for industrial machinery chippers, granulators, mills, for two-shaft chippers and for four-shaft chippers.
